My Journey
My healing journey began within my own body and it is what led me to create detox retreats and guided healing experiences rooted in regenerative detoxification, fruit fasting, fascia release, and earth based medicine.
Over the past decade, I walked through deep layers of parasite cleansing and detoxification. I struggled with persistent joint pain, chronic bloating, digestive issues and lymphatic congestion that left me feeling depleted. I realized my detox pathways were closed, a common barrier for those seeking a full body detox.
The first step to any detoxification protocol is understanding your terrain and having real support. This is why I created the detox retreats. From my own experience I know how challenging it can be to navigate detox symptoms, the emotions that can arise, and basic logistics of the process.
The detox retreats give you the foundation so you know exactly what to put into your body, what to avoid, and the support you need to continue on with confidence. You learn how to open your detox pathways, clear out the mucus and bio-film, and start healing at a mitochondrial level and you will hold this knowledge for life and be able to share it with those you love.
When I discovered Block Therapy, I had been experiencing chronic pain and inflammation in my neck and upper back. I discovered my fascia was holding adhesions all over my body, literally freezing my body in misalignment to the extent that I felt like my muscles were pulling apart from the inside. I also discovered that I had never breathed consciously or correctly in my entire life.
What I offer now is not theory. It is lived.
I know what it feels like when your body resists you, the pain, the intolerance to foods… and I know what it feels like when everything finally comes online and you can enjoy life again.
When detoxification meets fascia release , the body remembers how to heal.
That is the space I hold for you.

Along this journey, I’ve been guided into both formal study and intuitive mastery:

These are not titles I lead with, but tools I’ve gathered to better support those who feel called into this journey.
Our Philosophy
The body was designed to live in natural relationship with the earth.
What we call “natural healing” is not alternative, it is original.
Fruit, herbs, water, sunlight, these are not trends. They are our inheritance and birthright.
At Ethereal Roots Fellowship, we don’t diet. We hydrate the cells and move the lymph using the most high-vibrational tools available.
Astringent Exotic Fruits: In the Colombian Andes and Fiji, we work with over 20 exotic fruits, from Guanabana to Dragon fruit, leveraging their astringent, living properties to pull toxins from the tissues and restore the electric energy the body needs for a Sacred Reset.
Dr. Robert Morse Herbal Formulas: We use only the purest organic herbal formulas from Dr. Robert Morse, specifically chosen to support the kidneys, adrenals, lymphatic system, liver/skin, and GI tract so your detox pathways remain open and supported throughout the cleansing process.
Living Water and Sunlight: By combining herbal detoxification with pristine air and mineral-rich hot springs, we return the body to its natural state of vitality. This is Original Healing.
Block Therapy: We are physically melting through deep fascial adhesions with pressure and our breath. At the same time we are also manually moving the lymphatic fluid through the body while supporting that detox process with herbal formulas so the body can actually eliminate the toxins being released. Fruit fasting supports this process by hydrating and alkalizing the body.
You are not broken. You are remembering. You are your own healer. My role is not to fix you, it is to walk beside you as you reconnect to what has always been within you.
